What is Dino Park Indonesia?
Dino Park Indonesia is an indoor playground designed for children to play, explore, and learn in a fun, dinosaur-themed environment. We offer various play zones, activities, birthday packages, and special events across multiple shopping malls in Indonesia.
Where are the outlet locations?

What are your opening hours?
Our standard operating hours are:
Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM – 09:00 PM

Is there an age limit for children?
Our playground is designed for children ages 1–10 years. Some zones may have specific age or height restrictions to ensure safety. Toddlers must always be supervised by an adult.
Do adults need to pay an entry fee?
Adults accompanying children generally enter for FREE! However, we require at least one adult per group of children for supervision.

Are socks required?
Yes. Socks are mandatory for all guests — children and adults — inside the play area. If you forget to bring socks, you can purchase them at our counter.
Can I drop off my child and leave?
For safety reasons, we do not offer drop-off services. A parent or guardian must remain inside the facility to supervise their child.
Can I host a birthday party at Dino Park?
Absolutely! We offer customizable birthday party packages that include decorations, activities, food options, and even mascot appearances. Please contact your nearest Dino Park outlet or book online for details.
Do you offer memberships or loyalty programs?
Yes, we offer membership with various benefits, including discounted entry, priority booking, and exclusive event invitations.

Is outside food or drink allowed?
No. For health and allergy reasons, outside food and drinks are not permitted. We have a snack and beverage section inside, or you may enjoy food in the mall’s food court before or after playtime.
What if my child gets injured or lost?
Safety is our top priority. In case of injury, our trained staff will respond immediately and contact the accompanying adult. If a child gets separated, we will initiate our safety protocol to reunite them quickly. Always keep your wristbands on during your visit.

We recommend booking in advance for weekends and holidays.
Are your play areas sanitized?
Yes. We follow strict cleaning and sanitization protocols throughout the day. Play equipment, surfaces, and rest areas are disinfected regularly for your family’s safety.
