Chinriu Honten Nagareume Pflaumenwein "NAGAREUME Juuro" Umeshu Outlet the bottle shows signs ofThis premium plum wine is produced by the traditional Odawara based company Chinriu Honten, which has been in existence for 250 years. It is characterized by its delicate ume plum flavor and a lower sweetness than regular umeshu. This umeshu is made from local juuro plums (ume) and is therefore slightly sweeter than kokuto and sukkiri. Like all Nagareume umeshu, this one is bottled with sake rather than industrial alcohol.
